White & Black Corporate Team Advise world’s leading instant coffee manufacturer on acquisition of six brands

The White & Black Corporate Team, led by Jonathan Williamson, recently advised CCL Products (India) Ltd – India’s leading manufacturer of instant coffee, on its acquisition of several coffee brands from Sweden-based coffee roasters, Löfbergs Group.

The acquired brands include Percol, Rocket Fuel, Plantation Wharf, The London Blend, Perk Up and Percol Fusion.

The acquisition provides CCL with entry into prominent supermarkets in the UK, recognised as the largest instant coffee market in Europe, with annual retail sales reaching USD 850 million.

The White & Black Corporate Team, led by Jonathan Williamson, recently advised listed pubic company CCL Products (India) Ltd, the world’s leading manufacturer and exporter of instant coffee on its acquisition of several high profile coffee brands from Sweden-based coffee roasters, Löfbergs Group. The acquired brands include Percol, Rocket Fuel, Plantation Wharf, The London Blend, Perk Up and Percol Fusion.
