White & Black Advise Ability Matters Group on acquisition of ProActive Prosthetics

The White & Black Corporate Team, led by John Allen, recently advised market-leading international healthcare products and services provider, Ability Matters Group, on its acquisition of Kenward Orthopaedic.

Kenward Orthopaedic is a renowned orthopaedic footwear company in the United Kingdom, known for its exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to serving NHS patients. Since its establishment in 1993 by Simon Kenward, the company has been based in Leeds and has been manufacturing stock, modular, and fully bespoke footwear. In addition to footwear, Kenward also specializes in manufacturing total contact insoles and offers a comprehensive repair and adaption service. Through investments in cutting-edge technology and superior materials, Kenward has consistently delivered high-quality products.

Ability Matters said:

We are excited to welcome Kenward into our family of patient-focused solutions. Our vision is to become a European leader in innovation, manufacturing, and the supply of prosthetic and orthotic devices, as well as clinical services. This acquisition brings us closer to that goal, allowing us to expand our offerings and reach a wider audience. Taken from – www.abilitymatters.com
