W&B cyber security crisis management practice note published by PLC has published a new practice note and checklist on preparing for and managing cyber security incidents from White & Black.

The practice note and checklist add to a comprehensive suite of advice notes written for Practical Law by White & Black’s cyber security specialists, based on their practical experience of advising clients experiencing cyber security incidents, as well as their expert knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements.

The notes provide practical and legal guidance for businesses, in house counsel and solicitors in considering the steps to be taken when considering the risk of, and responding to, cyber security breaches.
