The UPC’s long-arm jurisdiction might allow it to award preliminary injunctions in relation to, and damages for, patent infringement in the UK. Is it time for the rule in Moçambique to be reassessed in relation to patent litigation, to enable to the Patents Court to have corresponding jurisdiction over Unitary and European Patents?
