Nicola has extensive experience having worked in the legal sector for over twenty years, supporting lawyers in diverse departments from Professional Regulation to Litigation, Insolvency and Family law. Nicola became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2012, specialising in Debt Recovery/Litigation; currently, she retains non-practising FCILEx status having moved into a senior business services role at WAB. Nicola manages our business operations and human resources, providing dedicated support to our CEO.

More recently, Nicola has headed up several large-scale projects including WAB’s client engagement and journey review and a vital software migration programme.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, music, board games, family time and baking.
