With sales of over $640 million in 2009, Concha y Toro is a global wine brand with distribution in over 135 countries.   A symbol of Chilean wine, the company is the third largest winery in the world in terms of planted hectares.  Concha y Toro has been recognised as the second most powerful wine brand in the world by the Power 100 survey conducted by Intangible Business.  The company invests in research and technology in order to determine the best terrain for each grape variety and to maintain the grape in its domain of origin.  Concha y Toro has a joint venture with the French winery, Philippe de Rothschild.
