Track Record – we have a proven track record in our chosen fields.  In corporate finance, our  team has significant experience of both domestic and international transactions, ranging from a transatlantic merger of two digital service-providers to the leveraged buy-out of Musto Clothing Group (according to “Unquote” magazine, this was the second most significant buy-out to arise in the London market in 2007-8).  In the field of commercial contracts, we have negotiated agreements with the likes of Google, Asda, SGS, MBNL, Pepsico, Boots and many others ranging from global supply agreements to white label agreements.  As regards commercial disputes, our lawyers have recently advised on the disputed ownership of a major scientific text of national significance, on a claim for copyright infringement in relation to a major theatrical performance and on a trans-atlantic dispute over IPR in a medical device.
