As a result, we have acquired extensive knowledge of a huge variety of transactions within the world of technology. Our team has advised on over 1,000 transactions and our most experienced lawyers have a combined experience of over 150 years.

We have a proven track record in our chosen fields.  In corporate finance, our team has extensive experience of both domestic and international transactions, ranging from transatlantic mergers (such as the merger of two digital service-providers) to early stage funding rounds (such as the investment in Novacem by the London Technology Fund, the Royal Society and Imperial Innovations) to leveraged buy-outs (such as the private equity backed buy-out of Musto). 

In the field of commercial and technology contracts, we have negotiated agreements with the likes of Google, Asda, SAP, MBNL, Pepsico, Manchester United, Boots and many others ranging from global supply agreements to white label agreements.  Our clients include major global corporations, early stage technology companies and entrepreneurs.  

In the resolution of commercial disputes, our lawyers have recently advised on the disputed ownership of a major scientific text of national significance, on claims for copyright infringement in major theatrical performances and screenplays and on trans-atlantic disputes over intellectual property.
