We are lawyers who specialise in corporate and technology law.
We handle transactions, contractual arrangements and disputes. We understand the pressures of running a business and the importance of ensuring that commercial objectives are met.
Our team consists of a group of highly skilled and experienced lawyers including mediators, litigators, transactional lawyers and contract law specialists. Our lawyers possess the intellectual capacity and rigour to assess and dissect complex problems and the commercial flair and creativity to resolve them.
A number of our partners have previously worked in the City of London and many of our lawyers have also worked in industry. As a result, we offer more than just expert technical, legal advice. We aim to become an extension of your decision-making process.
We have an extensive international capability with more than a third of our work having an international dimension.
